General Return Policy
We take pride in the quality of our products, and your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
- You can return the purchased items within 30 days of the receipt date.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Please do not send your purchase back without first contacting our customer service team.
Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange a product due to defect or damage at the time of delivery, please contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving the product.

Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Shipping Returns
- You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from the refund.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value.
